    Hi, it”s on Tuesday September 29. Today I have to go for Covid test. I will ask the Dr to let me know the result ASAP because I am still having nausea. 
    The distention makes me think you could have gotten gluten in somehow, perhaps some contaminated cookware (cutting boards, colanders, scratched pots/pans, cast iron, wooden utensils, etc). Double check everything on this note and consider a elimination diet to see if it is a new food issue or if a condiment/food you thought was safe is not. Also do not trust others cooking, or eating out. Look...
    Consider a rotational diet.  Either a seven or four day diet.  The goal is to not eat the same thing every day.  You can Google how to do it.     I was the opposite.  My antibodies were high but my repeat endoscopy showed a healed small intestine.  But I was diagnosed with another autoimmune disease (have three).  So, not everything is due to celiac disease.
