LOL  Giving up SUGAR is no fun.  We have gluten-free muffins and pancakes in the house all of the time, but making them sugar free would be tougher.

 

I wish he hadn't focused on gluten-free for this article.  It sounds more like he went grain free, along with dairy and sugar free.  Totally different than gluten-free.  KWIM?
