Could someone help me understand my test, please?

I want some idea about why all celiac test results that I made were negative, more the one that tested positive was the anti-endomysium igm.

Result anti-endomysial IgM reagent at 1: 5 dilution.

Well, I have several strong symptoms for celiac disease, I've had serious female hormonal problems.

I've been gluten free for two years, I realized that I got better, I had problems that began to resolve that I did not even imagine was possible.

I stopped with gluten and found out that I have several food allergies that I didn't even know I had, I've always been underweight, couldn't catch weight.

In that time I realized that I had and I'm still recovering from low body fat, and that, I suspect, I had signs of malabsorption.

The test for celiac came back negative. You don’t have celiac. 

Move on.

You can not say that!  Some celiacs are seronegative.

Not only that, we know little about this person and other tests she may have had.  I have never had a positive EMA or TTG and I am biopsy confirmed.  

@Karen20  I have not seen the EMA IgM for celiac disease.  Can you explain more?  Were you gluten free when tested?

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
