Gingerbread House

Recommended Posts

Just had an idea that others may be interested in. We are going to our friend's house for the annual gingerbread house decorating party for kids. Obviously a problem. I called Mod Podge and was told their product is gluten-free.... so here goes! I will encapsulate the heck out the house with the Modge Podge today and have it ready for this Thursday. We never eat the house anyway, and this was she can get her hands all over the thing and eat her way through the party without worry. That's my idea, anyway. We''ll see how well it works!

You can make a gluten-free gingerbread house too - we do every year. I can't get the link to work - will try later, since I'm at work.

Started Specific Carbohydrate Diet on 8-16-09 because son was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and want to give him moral support.

Diagnosed with Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome in 2003. Discovered that going completely gluten-free put me in remission.
