btw, the food for life rice tortillas need to be heated in the microwave to be edible.

but yeah, I don't do bread products for the most part, aside from a muffin recipe of my own and a couple quick breads.

For the hot dog issue... my daughter will eat the Kinnikinnick hot dog buns if I cut out most of the middle and toast the living daylights out of it! One way we have moved around this is corn dogs! I read that you don't do much processed foods, we try not to as well however S'Good brand corn dogs are gluten free and they are very good. I am sure you could make a corn bread batter and dip the hot dogs in there, however I don't have time to do that so for right now we use these. My daughter really likes them!
