How Much Gluten For Testing To Be Accurate?

i have a friend considering a blood panel to test for celiac disease. she's gluten-free (among a great and varied many others). she thinks her buckwheat (eaten daily) may be cc'd and was wondering- if that's enough to cause symptoms, is it enough to test positive? would she need to eat more gluten for the test to be reliable?
