Cross Contamination

I have been doing really well following a gluten free diet. However, recently I have been having issues with what seems to be cross contamination. I am the only gluten free member in my house. What are some suggestions on sharing the kitchen? Also, what are some utensils and equipment you would never share? The only things we share go through the dishwasher but I still wonder if they are safe.

One of the things I learned on this site was that non-stick sufaces that are scratched could be a problem and iron pans could also cc you. I also have had problems with a toaster - that's probably an obvious one. Also replace wooden utensils. I do all our cooking so I don't have many problems.
