High Gluten Foods For Babies....

My 17mo old son has been on a high gluten diet for about 2 months now, as we will be doing the blood test in about 4 weeks. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on foods higher in gluten that is appropriate for a toddler. He does not like eating bread which makes the 2-3 pc a day required difficult. What are some options that would be an equivalent to that?

Cream of Wheat, muffins, cake, cookies, gluten cold cereals, pasta, grilled cheese.....

Do keep in mind that false negatives are even more common in children than adults and if he does better gluten free that is the important thing.
