I use Bob's Red Mill and haven't had any problems with it.

Azure standard repackages food that you get in shared facilities. We do get some things from them but only in the largest, pre-repackaging quantities. Sorghum is one on the typically cross contaminated list, and azure is easy to get on the phone. I'd call and ask about the practices from field to end product for the things you order before ordering.

Bobs Red Mill has a dedicated gluten-free facility, however it is shared with gluten-free oats. People who are cross reactive to gluten-free oats have issues with their products, others are fine.


Our family is transitioning off the GAPS Intro Diet and into the Full GAPS Diet.

ds - age 11, hospitalized 9/2010, celiac dx by gluten reaction & genetics. No biopsy or blood as we were already gluten-free by the time it was an option.

dd - age 12.5, not celiac, has Tourette's syndome

both kids have now-resolved attention issues.
