I recently have gone to the doctor to find out whats been going on with my stomach and i got my results but havent gone back for personal reasons and Im trying to figure out what my results mean.

any help would be kindly appreciated thank you

Just from the TTG values it doesn't look like you have celiac disease. TTG is the most important single test to run to check for celiac disease but there are others that should be run. Do you know if the TTG was the only one the doc ordered? Sometimes the TTG will be negative but some of the other blood enzymes will show positive. It is also the case that sometimes the blood tests will be negative but the endoscopy/biopsy will show the damage to the small bowel mucosa that is characteristic of celiac disease.

By some chance, did you start eating gluten free before the test?

Yes, if you were gluten-free for a time before they drew the blood for your test it could create a false negative. This test also won't rule out non-celiac gluten sensitivity, which ~12% of people have, so if you have symptoms that prompted you to get tested, you may still want to try a gluten-free diet to see if it helps.

      The ulcers are prepyloric ulcers. Not sure if that makes any difference.

      I had what was termed "lesions," and normally ulcers are in the stomach, rather than the small intestines. I'm not sure why they would want you to have her continue to eat gluten, since she had a positive blood test, but as her doctor said, if she is uncomfortable and having symptoms why not have her go gluten-free at this point? If her symptoms improve, it would be another indicator that she has celiac disease and/or gluten sensitivity. This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):
