gluten-free "bisquick" Mix

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have a gluten-free "Bisquick" mix recipe? I have Bette Hagman's recipe but she uses buttermilk powder and I'd rather jusst use instant powdered milk. Suppose I could just substitute there and be safe? Any ideas?

Thanks.

I simply buy The Gluten Free Pantry's Quick Mix, it works one for one in every Biscuick recipe I've tried.

I just tried Kinnickinnick's quick bread and bun mix last night. Made some rolls. They were pretty good. I was scared b/c I could smell the pea flour (same scent as :( bean flour :( ) but they tasted good! Even my glutenous husband asked if he could have one w/ dinner!! Didn't even care that they were gluten-free...I ate 3 myself :)
