It's a little different for everyone, but in general D, A, K, and E are not well absorbed (fat soluble).

B12 isn't well absorbed, Calcium, hmmm, maybe those are the biggies.

Keep in mind that even if you take vitamins it could be a while before those are absorbed. Some people use liquid vitamins or sublingual versions.

You may also need to take or increase your iron intake for a while.
