Milano Cookies

Has anyone ever successfully recreated milano cookies? If there's anything I really jones for every month (know what I mean....) it's those.

I found that. Why not just sub with gluten-free flour + starch, and then some xantham, and ta-dah!

Try dipping Envirokidz animal cookies into melted chocolate chips. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Its not exact, but its a pretty close imitation with minimal work.
