  9. CBD is great for joint pain - too bad a lot of people don't have access to it. Be very careful though, some forms of CBD can affect your abilities and won't be usable at work - but some might be OK like topical creams that don't go in your system the same way.

  11. You could try granola or heartier cereals; I buy Inno brand cereal AND granola, and Nature's Path Coconut Cashew Butter Granola, all from Costco and all labeled Gluten-Free.
