Just to say that I too was hesitant to come off dairy products completely @dsfraley. Milk, yoghurt and soft cheeses definitely caused bloating. This bloating gave me rib and pelvic pain, and I remember the pain was so horrible at times it was almost a sick feeling., kind of like the sort of aches you get with flu.
