Anyone that has a wheat/gliten allergy ever had symptoms with taking a progesterone cream?

I have a gluten intolerance at the very least. I refuse to get tested. I use something called wild yam cream. I haven't had a reaction to it thank goodness.

Yes, my symptoms got better first (irritability, itching) then slowly got worse... and out of control!

I use emerita, no reactions.

I bought life-flo and haven't started that bottle yet burch don't see gluten in it.

No reactions for me, just alot of relief.

Another question to add to this, has anyone who is on a gluten free, dairy free, solanacae (nightshade) free, soya free diet had some significant 'reactions' namely itching and poorly tummy towards the end of their menstrual cycle? I was doing fine for the first 18 or so days of this cycle and then the itching started all over again, though much reduced from normal. I was wondering if I was reacting to my own progesterone as I also got a flare up of carpal tunnel syndrome in my left hand which I only had when I was pregnant...?
