  1. I'm nut free, soy free, tomato free and cannot eat cantaloupe. Of course gluten-free. reading lables have gotten to be second hand now..a norm, however, having to move the lable down a bit to read tiny print isn't! I've been putting off getting glasses.
  2. I'm totally nut free. I am allergic to almonds and Brazil nuts too, so I just stay nut free totally to be safe. I've been wanting to try sunbutter, but was afraid to.
  3. Thank you!! I think it's the same way with a lot of us, I drool whenever anyone mentions peanut or almonds and tomato! I'm allergic....ahhh to eat spoonfuls of peanutbutter!!!!
  4. I've been sick with a cold and a cough for a few weeks and need to go to the doctor. It's been butternut squash soup and tonight a bacon and cheese baked potato. I feel lousy! I got CC this past weekend at my own hands. I have a shared household. I've had two great pain free months until this weekend, so that's a blessing!
  5. Nothing fancy here, stuffed baked potato last night and egg salad tonight. Tomorrow gluten-free mexican pizza!!! Yum....and I'm so hooked on my cream cheese olive spread.
  6. I'm getting slack on cooking during the week! It'll be a turkey/avocado or egg salad sandwich. carrots with humus and a glass of white wine.
  7. HaHa! Easy because I didn't have to actually heat something or "cook"
  8. I have been so tired this week, so it's been easy dinners. Tonight tuna salad with lemon, olives, celery, fresh dill, capers(love the salty with tuna) drizzle of olive oil and boiled egg slices on the side. A few gluten-free crackers. Glass of white wine......
  9. I'm making my cream cheese olive spread again for superbowl upon request. Mini turkey sliders with chives. Sauteed mushrooms, and white cheddar cheese for the toppers. gluten-free pizza with "extra cheese/black olives and pepperoni"(my daughter request) I need some veggies!
  10. Movie night, cream cheese/cheddar, olive and beef spread with gluten-free crackers. It's easy and really yummy! Easy to double for a party! 1 block of cream cheese at room temp 4oz cheddar 3 green onions finely chopped 20 green olives(I like more) a pack of Budding beef finely chopped 1 teas gluten-free worcestershire sauce (more if you like) I...
  11. I make my pasta salad with Tinkyada pasta, I've used a few different shapes for it. Even my gluten eating teens love it. It's the only gluten-free pasta I like cold.

  13. Leftovers tonight, butternut squash soup and some humus. However, I'm thinking stovetop popcorn or a turkey hotdog. Simple night

  15. Has anone had problems even after their husband/bofriend brushes? I sometimes feel bad about a hour afterwards and he brushes his teeth. I believed his toothpaste to be gluten-free, I'll ask him again.
  16. Breakfast! Simple scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, ham and fruit salad. I had a late meeting and wanted something easy. Humus and red pepper slices for a snack later tonight.
  17. Green peppers stuffed with ground turkey, rice, low fat cheese, onion, garlic, a dash of coconut aminos and italian spices. Green beans and broccoli salad.
  18. It was alittle bit of everything here tonight. For me, yukon potatos, marinated chicken, avocado, and raw veggies.
  19. Black eyed peas and some collard greens. Southern tradition, done simple. I'm the only one that really likes them. Probably will finish up the olive cheese ball and gluten-free sausage balls from last night too!
  20. I made a chicken stir fry for my lunch tomorrow with thia rice noodles. Some of that leftover chicken perhaps tonight. I'm really in a mexican mood, so I think I'll make refried beans, and cheese dip too!

  23. Pork loin with onion, garlic, thyme, and oregano. Mash potatos, baby green peas. A side of sauteed onions and zucchini.
  24. fish sammy on Udi's bun with "tarter sauce" that I made. Pickles and chips on the side.
  25. My feet are killing me from work! So, a baked potato, and perhaps leftover pasta salad. Carbs and more carbs! Why not a glass of wine too.
