In your case I can see genetic testing helped so much to determine a genetic reason for not absorbing vit D and B12.  I think it's best to get my daughter on a gfd and get her the supplements she needs and keep up w...
    I also had depression and anxiety after I was diagnosed. I did not want to take antidepressants because I had taken them before and after that it was very difficult for me to give them up.
