SPRING LUNCHEON

WITH KEYNOTE SPEAKER

DR. THOMAS O'BRYAN

Doors open at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 28th.

Location: Purcell Friendship Conference Hall, 109 McCorkle Road, Hershey (Rt. 743 South of Hershey)

Pre-registration required by Monday, April 16. (Go to www.GIGSouthcentralPA.org for reservation form and menu.)

The speaker's presentation will also be available for those unable to attend the luncheon.

We will be re-opening the doors at 12:45 for additional guests to arrive to listen to Dr. O'Bryan's presentation. The attendance donation for walk-ins will be $5.00. The guests will be directed to the balcony for seating where additional visibility of the speaker will be seen on the big screen and two additional TV screens.

Dr. Thomas O'Bryan, who will be coming to us from San Diego, CA, is an internationally recognized speaker and workshop leader specializing in Gluten Sensitivity and Celiac Disease. He is a Sherlock Holmes for chronic disease and metabolic disorders. He is a clinician par excellence in treating chronic disease and metabolic disorders from a Functional Medicine Perspective. He holds teaching faculty positions with the Institute for Functional Medicine and The National University of Life Sciences. Dr. O'Bryan is one of the most respected, highly-appreciated speakers. HIs passion is in teaching the many manifestations of Gluten Sensitivity and Celiac Disease as they occur inside and outside of the intestines.

Dr. O'Bryan's objective of his presentation is to:

  • Walk attendees through the world of Gluten Sensitivity with its many systemic manifestations
  • Recognize the diversity of auto-immune conditions patients may present with as a result of Gluten Sensitivity
  • Become familiar with the historic methods to identify this condition
  • Become familiar with comprehensive testing options that accurately reflects the world of Gluten Sensitivity identification consistent with the frequency of clinical observations seen by practitioners

1) Cupcakes

First, the highly acclaimed Dia Doce Bakery, located near Philadelphia, will provide our luncheon dessert and be available from 11:30 to noon for additional purchases.

We will also have many gift baskets available for drawings at the end of the program. So bring your lucky rabbits foot and funds to purchase drawing tickets. The baskets will help defray program costs.
