  1. I have been eating gluten products for my entire life (22), and up until about a week and 4 days ago I decided to cut gluten out of my diet in order to start feeling better. This morning I had a blood test from my doctor after telling him my concerns regarding a gluten allergy. My question is, will the blood test still work even though I haven't had gluten for a week and 4 days? Or should I only be concerned if it was somewhere close to a month? Thank you. [Also I should note that in that time span I am pretty sure I consumed a bit of gluten by accident: croutons on salad, beans in tomato soup sauce (apparently tomato soup has gluten!@##@), sweet and sour chicken, beer?(corona)]
