Thanks for the information. If I grt time, i will try and make my way to Charlottesville. I have been to the outback in Roanoke previously. They do not have ANYTHING that is veggie, either gluten-free or not! Does anyone know of any of the big 'chain' food outlets/restaurants that can provide both veggie and gluten-free?

I am from Bakewell, England. I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac desease (Ceoliac in the UK). I travel to Roanoke VA, on business about twice a year. It would be a great help if anyone can suggest any places to eat. To add to the excitement.... I am also a Veggie!
