My daughter was diagnosed at age 2 1/2. Like nearly everyone else w/ a celiac child, we went rounds with doctors who couldn't put their finger on anything. Finally, I looked up her symptoms on the Internet, only to discover she had classic symptoms of celiac disease.

I now know that I, too, have celiac (with skin rash). I'm also lactose intolerant. I blog about the gluten-free (and sometimes dairy-free) recipes that I play around with, including Chinese food recipes which I'm pretty good at. My gluten-free/DF recipe blog is found at:
