Nutrition Student At The University Of North Florida Without Celiac But A Huge Interest In It!

To those of you who may read this bolg. My name is Meredith and I'm a senior at the University of North Florida and in April i will be graduating with my Nutrition degree. Along the way i have learned a lot of things but the area that has most peaked my interest has been celiac disease and gluten free cooking. As part of a final project we have to come up with a hypothetical business and interview people that are doing something similar to what our business is and what i'm doing i can't find
