    Red River Celiacs Third International Walk for Celiac Disease and Picnic
    will be held Saturday, May 15, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. starting at Oak Grove
    Park in Fargo - 124 North Terrace. We will be located at the small
    shelter further into the park.


    10:00 - sign in and T-shirt hand out; turn in donations collected.
    Late registrations accepted...Please spread the word to your friends and
    family members! Help spread awareness.


    10:30 - Walk will start...we will be walking across the river into the
    Hjemkost park and back. It is not mandatory...

    On Saturday May 15, the Metro NYC Third Annual International Walk for Celiac Disease will take place. The Walk, which is being sponsored by the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group, will be held at Rockland Lake State Park along a 3-mile path is a beautiful wooded area.


    This weekend, Walks will take place in more than 25 cities across the U.S. Please join us as we raise money and increase the public's awareness of Celaic Disease.


    There will be plenty of gluten-free snacks and beverages. There will also be an information table full of resources especially...

    This spring Connecticut is joining the celiac walkathoners, and is having a celiac walk and picnic on May 15, 2004. The Greater New Haven Celiac Group is hosting the event at Wharton Brook State Park, in North Haven. We will have the walk, a raffle, a picnic and fun activities for the whole family. Make a day of it!

    The Lone Star Celiac Support Group and our two R.O.C.K. groups representing
    all of North Texas will be holding our very first walk in conjunction with
    the Center for Celiac Research's Making Tracks for Celiacs on Saturday, May
    15, 2004.


    Where: Hoblitzelle Park, 7500 Red River Drive, Plano, Texas
    When: May 15, 10:00 AM, followed by a family picnic w/gluten-free foods
    Distance: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk or 2 Mile Run/Walk
    To Register to walk: $15 prior to or $20 after April 26
    Donations: $20 minimum to sponsor a walker or corporate sponsorships...

    SAVE THE DATE FOR CELIAC WALK:
    On Saturday, May 15 the second annual walk-a-thon is planned
    at Stanford. Strollers, roller blades and dogs are welcome.
    Enjoy a gluten free breakfast and a pleasant stroll through
    campus and also stop by for a tour of the newly relocated
    research lab off Page Mill Rd. More information will be sent
    out in April.
