MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
The Bi-State Celiac Support Groups (St. Louis, MO and Belleville, Il
support groups) announce our International Walk for Celiac Disease,
Saturday, June 5, 2004 at McDonnell Park, 2961 Adie Road, St. Ann, MO.
Registration 9:00 AM, Walk ends: 12 Noon. "Walk, Talk, Meet and Eat" at
the James S. McDonnell Park. Proceeds will be sent to the Center for
Celiac Research at the University of Maryland.
Watch your E-mail and snail mail for more information.

We are recruiting team members for the San Diego Marathon, June 5, 2005.
This is a full marathon only. We will raise funds for the Celiac Disease
Foundation, Stanford, Center for Celiac Disease Research/Maryland, and
children's Celiac camps.
It will be a lot of fun and a great experience! If you would like
additional information on Team GlutenFree - please email me at
renorockgroup@yahoo.com!
Our current team will participate in the Arizona Marathon on January 9,
2005! We have 28 runners/walkers and raising a lot of money! Hope...

The last meeting until fall will be on Saturday, June 5, 10:30AM
to 12:30PM, 1950 Franklin Street in Oakland. Please bring a
gluten free brunch item with recipe or ingredient list. Our speaker
will be Sarah O'Brien, Clinical Nutrition intern at UCSF Medical
Center, who will talk about advice to celiacs from a dietitian's
point of view and how patients interact with dietitians in the
clinics at UCSF.
If anyone wishes to organize a summer activity...
