Team GlutenFree Arizona was a HUGE success and a lot of fun! We had 20
runners from across the nation participate in the P.F. Chang's Rock N Roll
Marathon/Half Marathon on January 9, 2005. We raised tens of thousands of
dollars on behalf of the Celiac Disease Foundation, Stanford, University
of Maryland and Celiac Camp scholarships. We also dined on fabulous
gluten-free pasta, rolls, and even pies - not to mention giving away TONS
of door prizes at our pre-race dinner event on Jan. 8!
