   Hi Members and friends,
   
   
   We've got a great meeting planned for November. We are having a shopping
   trip to Fred Meyers. Marti, Carol and I have spent quite a few hours going
   through all the aisles checking out what foods are inherently gluten free and also
   highlighting the ones which are labeled gluten-free. With the new allergen law in force,
   reading labels has become much easier. We will go through all those items you
   may have doubts about and introduce you to new items that...
