    TRIATHLON FUNDRAISER


    We are delighted that Dr. Mimi Winsberg has approached
    us to raise funds for the Celiac Sprue Research Foundation
    by participating in the Ironman Coeur D’Alene triathlon on
    June 25.


    Dr. Winsberg is competing to raise awareness of celiac
    disease and raise funds for celiac research. Donations can
    be made online at www.triglutenfree.com or mailed directly
    to Celiac Sprue Research Foundation, PO Box 61193,
    Palo Alto, CA 94306. Donations must be received by 2PM

    The Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group invites you to join us at our annual picnic:
    Sunday, June 25th
    12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
    Kingsland Point Park
    Sleepy Hollow, NY
    Bring whatever you'd like to eat plus a gluten-free dish to share. Drinks, ice, paper goods, and charcoal-fired grills are provided. Kingsland Point Park is in Sleepy Hollow, NY, right on the banks of the Hudson River. There will be fun and games for the kids. Don't miss this great family event! You might also want to bring a lawn chair or two.

    Gluten Free Camp 2006
    "It was the best week of my life!" "Can I really eat everything on the table, even the
    rolls-" "Can I stay for two weeks next year-" These are some of the comments from the 20
    gluten free campers attending GIG Kids Camp at Camp Kanata in June of 2005. And, maybe
    even more telling: "Can we have some of your cookies," from one of the non-gluten free
    campers.

    GIG Camp at Camp Kanata was a great success last year, with over 20 participants from
