   Gluten -Free Baking Class - in Rhode Island
   
   Make it your New Year's resolution to learn how to prepare delicious, healthy, gluten-free meals! Anna Sobaski, the owner of Gluten Evolution and creator of the line of mixes Breads from Anna, will lead a gluten-free baking demonstration on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 from 7 - 9 p.m., at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, located on Pierce Street in East Greenwich, RI.
