The 2007 Colin Leslie Walk for Celiac Disease is being once again held at Rye High School in Rye, New York. This year in addition to a walk there will be presentations in the auditorium by Dr. Peter Green and Nutritionist Anne Lee with the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University. There will also be a blood screening for realtives of celiac patients (300 spots). This year's vendor fair will be held in the Gymnasium, which will boast one stop shopping and gluten free samples. A gluten free lunch will also be available for purchase that day. With so many events catering to celiacs...
