   The Eugene Gluten Intolerance Group will feature a FREE lecture by Amy Pereira: ENZYMES 101-ENZYMES & YOUR HEALTH, at its February meeting. Amy will talk about the uses of DPP-IV enzyme activity for those with casein and gluten intolerances and will discuss the differences between these intolerances and celiac disease.
