Eugene Gluten Intolerance Group meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Our next meeting is on Thursday, Nov. 13th from 6:30-8:30pm at the clubhouse at 1800 Lakewood Court, Eugene, OR. Our speaker will be Kenneth Welker MD from Oregon Optimal Health. He has a Fellowship in anti-aging and works with your metabolism to bring it back into balance and give you more energy.

The November meeting of the South King County, Washington Gluten Free support group will take place Monday 11/17 at 7:00 PM. We hold our meeting at Marlene's market and Deli in Federal Way.
This month we will be talking about converting recipes and surviving the holidays. There will be cookies and hot cider to get you in the holiday mood. You will also walk away with a FREE box of Ener-G Onion Crackers that I got from the GIG. Woo hoo!
Our meeting are the third Monday of every month. Feel free to PM me for details. We'd love to see you there!
