    The Intestinal Health Institute is hosting another gluten-free family camp June 28-July 3, 2009 at YMCA Camp Shaver in Jemez Springs, New Mexico! All meals served will be gluten-free and organic, with egg-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and yeast-free options. Activities include hiking to hot springs and fossil beds, archery, riflery, high ropes, rock wall climbing, arts and crafts, sports games, and camp fires.
