   This is the only FREE conference that we know of! BGIG (Bellingham Gluten Intolerance Group) invites everyone to join them for a full two days of Gluten-Free Living at their 9th annual community Awareness Event on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 1st & 2nd at St. Luke's Health Ed.Ctr. in Bellingham, WA.
   Friday is a day filled with presentations and general information. Topics include: Gluten 101, Preparing a gluten-free Disaster Emergency Kit, Traveling gluten-free and other great titles.

   GLUTEN-FREE EVENT---and it is free! What: Community awareness event hosted by Bellingham Gluten Intolerance Group. When: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, and 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2.
