gluten-free EXPO-2011: Our annual gluten-free expo is scheduled for April 16, 2011. You're invited to join us in the fun and the opportunity to showcase your gluten-free related products/services. Last year, over 600 were in attendance and we anticipate substantially more at this year's event. The rates are reasonable and the rewards are many, BUT space is limited, so hurry. I've been asked to be the speaker at the first-ever Gluten-Free Day in Budapest, Hungary on April 16th. It will be a full day, talking about living and loving a gluten-free lifestyle, medical conditions that benefit, raising happy/healthy gluten-free kids, and cooking demonstrations. They're expecting 500-1,000 people to attend!
If anyone happens to know of someone in or near Budapest, please spread the word! (And would anyone like to help me learn a little Hungarian?!?)
