   We have planned the Chef to Plate Kick-Off to be held on Saturday, April 30, with a different twist. This year we are asking our gluten sensitive families and their friends and relatives to let our local restaurants know how much we appreciate their special consideration and service in preparing our gluten-free meals. So we are asking you to patronize one of the following participating area restaurants on April 30th to say "Thank You."

   Events Added For Charlotte Gluten-Free/Allergen Free Expo Scheduled For April 30 Charlotte, NC -- A host of special presentations has been added to the agenda for the second annual Charlotte Gluten-Free Expo, to be held Saturday, April 30 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Blake Hotel at 555 McDowell St. in Charlotte, N.C. Tickets will be $5 per person in advance; $10 per person at the door.
