"Hudson Valley Spring Festival" is a celebration of Celiac Awareness Month and healty alternatives in the Hudson Valley. It will be held on May 22nd, 2011 from 2pm to 8pm at Waryas Park in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Soul Dog and Food For All will be on hand as the food vendors serving gluten free, as well as, vegetarian and vegan options. There will be information on businesses from all over the Hudson Valley that offer healthy lifestyle choices for the whole family. Bands and other artist will be featured all day as well.
