   The Rockford Celiac Sprue Association will be meeting on Wednesday, October 2nd, at 7pm. Note that this is a date change. The meeting originally scheduled for Sept. 25th has been pushed off a week due to the 15th International Celiac Disease Symposiam and CSA/USA Annual Meeting, both of which are in Chicago that week. The meeting will be at OSF St. Anthony's Hospital at 5666 E. State Street, Rockford, Illinois, in the Founders Room on the lower level near the Cafeteria.
