The next meeting of The State College Area Celiac Support Group will be on May 19, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at 1 North Front Street, Philipsburg PA. Persons with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance are welcome to attend. Family are also welcome.

Award winning Chef/Instructor Oonagh Williams is giving a gluten free presentation and demonstration of gluten-free English Scones and a Quinoa Summer Salad at Griffin Library in NH. Chef Oonagh has a gluten intolerant son, has always cooked from scratch with all real ingredients, and has successfully adapted regular flour recipes to gluten free. Chef Oonagh will also discover how to follow a gluten free diet, safe foods, what and where to buy.
