   I just wanted to let you know that we will be having our first ever twitter party this Thursday evening.
   
   
    
   We have teamed up with RDN Sharon Palmer for 2017 and she will be our host for the hour. We have a number of spot prizes and the theme that Sharon is focusing on is ditching fad diets and focusing on long terms healthy eating.   #BFreeHealthHour
