Stefanie will demonstrate how to prepare delicious and nutritious gluten-free cuisine using a variety of fresh ingredients, namely whole grains. She has been educating people both publicly and privately for many years on how to shop for gluten-free foods and plan and prepare gluten-free meals and snacks. This demonstration will be a practical guide for eating “against the gluten grain”.

MaryBeth and Stefanie will discuss, “What makes a food product gluten-free?” A variety of gluten-free products will be provided for sampling. Questions will be addressed regarding the samples as well as any other gluten-free products on the market today.
