GIG of Harrisburg support group program with Jennifer McCahan, RD, LDN, will provide a free seminar introducting a lifestyle system tailored for a gluten-free diet. She will discuss how to eat naturally healthy, low glycemic index eating, exercise, stress reduction and outline nutrition skills.
