If you or a family member has celiac disease or gluten intolerance this class is for you! You'll get an in-depth explanation of ingredients, learn how to stock a gluten-free kitchen, and prepare home-made mixes. The demo portion of this class will include making gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cake, and banana muffins up to the baking point.
For tasting, the instructor will bring samples of these items that were baked in a gluten-free test kitchen.
