GIG of Harrisburg, PA, program by Naomi Poe, owner of Better Batter Gluten Free Food, includes menu planning and food preparation for the budget conscious. Bring your appetites for some of Naomi's samples. In addtion, vendors from NuSkin and Contes Pasta will join us, and samples from Sweet Christine's gluten-free Confections, Madeleines Cookies by French Bakery, and pretzels from Energ will be available.
