Celiac 101 -- Educational Class for Newly Diagnosed Celiac Patients

This class will explain celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity and wheat allergies in addition to covering just about every area that will be helpful in following a gluten free diet.
Many gluten free food samples and gluten free snacks will be available. An educational packet will be offered for $4. Call 717-520-9817 or email harrisburg@gluten.net to register. This assists us in providing sufficient snacks and food sample bags.
