In this hands on class we will be making sourdough starter, pancakes, english muffins, focaccia, pizza dough. These recipes are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, sugar, gums, baking powder/soda and commercial yeast. These recipes are low sodium, minimal glycemic index, and free of major allergens. We use low process flours, only grains that are simply ground, making these recipes suitable for the most sensitive of digestive systems. Oh, yes, and the breads are fabulous, highly digestible, nutrient dense and very, very tasty. I developed these recipes for my own personal food sensitivities. I have finally reclaimed comfort food back into my diet.
