Restorative Remedies and the Star of India Restaurant are hosting a dinner event to celebrate the gluten-free lifestyle. Enjoy a gourmet gluten-, soy-, and casein-free meal prepared by the Star of India.
The event will feature a lecture on living gluten free by the authors of Gluten Nation. The authors include Dr. Alex Shikhman, MD, PhD - a practicing rheumatologist and expert on gluten intolerance - and Mary Lyons Collard, MS, RD - a registered dietition specializing in nutritional guidance for those living with food sensitivities.
The event will be held October 6, 2010 from 7-9pm at Star of India Restaurant.
To attend the dinner, please purchase a ticket here. An invoice will be emailed to you, which will act as your ticket. Please print the invoice and bring it to the dinner.
