Going Gluten-Free the Healthy Way

Better health is the goal of eliminating dietary gluten, yet many gluten-free products are filled with harmful ingredients. In this workshop led by chef and health coach Jennifer Popken, you’ll find healthful solutions for living without gluten. Nutritional research scientist Chris D'Adamo, PhD will tell you which gluten-free products and additives to avoid. You’ll receive a plethora of gluten-free knowledge, enjoy samples, and take home the recipes.
