Patti, Bev and Amanda (and any other board moderators that might be peeking in), at the next "staff" meeting with Scott, can one of you make a motion to have the green guy emoticon added? Has he ever mentioned it during a meeting? Is it in the meeting minutes? Do you guys have gluten free donuts at your meetings? Does he fly you all in? Is it all teleconferenced? Is it "offsite" at some great place like San Diego, well, not there, maybe Key West? Do you have a dress code for when you are online "moderating"? Like everyone wears a powdered blue shirt with their name embroidered on it? Do you get overtime? Double time on Sundays? a 401K? Do you have ergonomically correct desk chairs? Free coffee or do you have to chip in every time you take a cup? Do you get free samples from all the advertisers? Business casual or blue jeans? Who's most likely to get drunk at the Christmas/Holiday Party and dance on the table?

OK - just wondering what all is involved in being a moderator?

Thanks guys! I read a recap on TWOP.

Izzy and George. Pshaw. I don't see it and it actually grosses me out.

um, what is TWOP?

He sits in his food dish between meals :lol:

Ohhhhhhhhhh that is so CUTE!!! 'tis clearly a hint for more food. :) When I give Annie a pan or plate to lick after I've eaten (yes, guilty  ) she stands with both feet atop it - v. cute.

Richard - HARRUMPH indeed - - painting is truly heinous - - - and you have to go back for more..................oh so sorry. But not feeling that sorry for you, I have to paint nearly entire inside of house ALONE... A dreadful bore, was considering taking some hallucinogenic drugs to complete the task  (oh dear, been reading too many parole evaluations )

Given some more thought to the whle moderator question... perhaps the big cheese has slected our moderators witht he whole "keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" mentality...HE (capitalized to show respect) is really keeping a close eye on a select bunch of known table dancers and trampoline bouncers...it makes me feel better to think this is true...anybody see my hallucinogenic meds? My model glue? Ahhhh . . . only 50 more posts until I, too, can captionalate my avatars!!

Hmmmm . . . . .. .interesting . . .. ;)

Hi all,

I've been ~ a zero on the sillibility index for a while. Tried reading some awhile back but couldn't even crack a smile. :(

Wasn't worth trying again while it only reminds me that I should be LOL'g.

Starting to feel better now. Not quite sure why so much badness, but changing a buncha things and being almost all packed seems to have helped. Freakin' back killin' me all the time from packing.

Trying this "Moving POD" biz instead of a truck. It comes tomorrow & I start the drive Mon or Tues. Prob Tues.

I think I'm taking a circuitous route thru Vegas to Reno to play H'ween w/ 2 little ones who've never previously carved a pumpkin w/out me.

THEN off to SJ!!!! :) :) :)

P.S.

GEORGE: Oh, Noooo, I'm so sorry. It's the MOOPS. The correct answer is, The MOOPS.

I totally understand. It's like being sober when everyone else around you is drunk. Next time, toss a few back before you start reading. We'll all be a lot funnier then.

P.S.

GEORGE: Oh, Noooo, I'm so sorry. It's the MOOPS. The correct answer is, The MOOPS.

My first thought: Do we have any regulars on this thread named George? Maybe before I started? . . . but I figured it out!!

Sorry about your lack of sillibility as of late. I'm also right in the middle (literally--the movers were here and did about 75% today--will be back in the AM) of a move myself. I've been escaping here and getting lost in the silliness.

Hope it all goes smoothly with the POD--yes, go through Reno and have some time with the little ones. It'll do you a world of good ;)

:D Moops :D

Hey! I wish to quell this heinous rumour circulating: Parties do not find me on tables...anymore...(yes, I was young and needed the money)..now I'm likely under them. :o:lol:

Hallucinogenics and moderators. Now that would be quite a combination. Imagine what kind of posts we'd be getting to read. No substitutions, for sure. Ah...but Scott likely has mandatory urine samples collected. Was this the...problem, Richard?
