I am new here. I am frustrated with doctors and trying to find info on my own. I was told that I have PCOS which is related to insulin resistance. Anyway, I am trying the gluten free diet because I have noticed that it has helped to regulate my cycles. But yet I haven't been able to ovulate yet (according to blood work).
